The Science Engineering & Environment (SEE) Building, part of The University of Salford, has been shortlisted for the “Building of the Year Award 2022” by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
The award recognizes a building’s contribution to Greater Manchester in terms of construction, development and its significance in the City Region. The SEE Building serves as a shining example of the University’s dedication to industry collaboration.
The facility offers a state-of-the-art environment for students and staff to learn, research, and engage in cutting-edge projects.
S+B UK are proud of being part of the team behind the development of research and teaching laboratories, in collaboration with Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure and Sheppard Robson Architects Manchester.
Our contribution included the manufacturing and installation of specialist laboratory furniture, such as combinations of bespoke bench modules and overhead service delivery systems, bespoke mobile workstations and custom made storage units.
